Last summer, I embarked on a truly unique adventure—I lived aboard Virgin Voyages’ Scarlet Lady for an entire month as a solo traveler, sailing the Mediterranean as part of their special Summer Pass program.

Virgin Voyages offered a rare opportunity: the chance to spend four full weeks on the same ship without the hassle of switching cabins, repacking, or changing ships. Each week brought a new itinerary of ports across France, Italy, and Spain, but the ship remained my home base the entire time. It was a dream come true for someone who loves the freedom of solo travel combined with the luxury of cruising.
